12月19日 Final interview of AGS, support consultant Well, I finished the final interview of application of the support consultant with the VP of the support team in AGS. It was a wonderful interview. The boss was a very nice person(I hope he was not being nice to me during the interview...) I met him on end year party last Friday. So the interview began with the party, which was a very interesting topic. He was from German but his Engish is very good(not having any accent). We talked about my personality and my private life. And he told me what will a support consultant do.
Contracting with the product support which will do the remote suppport, support consultant belongs to the solution support which will do the on-site support. So a support consultant will surely work on the customers' offices. And since it is a global support team. So maybe you will rotate between different countries and work with different team memebers. This position will cover all the product of SAP except B1 and A1S. I would like to say I love this position which is very suitble for young people. Can't complain!
But the boss also told me that there will be still so many candidates and still full of challlenge. But everything will happen and you never know, right? 12月11日 Interview of support consultant, SAP AGS China 又是一个下雨的日子去面试，并且周末还感冒了，鼻子还一直塞着。。。总之，非常的不爽！！！！可这个interview对我来说是非常非常重要。希望面试官不会因为我太重的鼻音而judge我...(之前已经听同学说这个interview非常的tough)
幸而8,9号楼离23号楼很近，五分钟就走到了。哈哈，面试的一个HR早在到复旦来招intern的时候就和我认识，yeah... 从头到尾就问了我两个很nice的问题: start your self introduction; any pressure or difficulities you have met during your internship 轻松搞定。 倒是另外一个女面试官不断地challenge我: 比如这次的candidate都是graduate student,而你是undergraduate student,你认为有什么优势? 如果一个客户提出一个你不擅长的问题，而他又要求你立刻fix it out，你会怎么办？你一直强调communicate skill， 那么有什么例子能说明你有这方面的优势?你的专业背景适合作developer,为什么要申请support consultant?
整个面试持续了35分钟,密度很高,没有冷场,只说了3句中文,大部分时间都是偶在咕噜咕噜的说英语(不知道为什么今天语速特别快)。有70个candidate,如果这轮过了,还要去面一下support team的大老板。总体感觉还不错，可能是认识面试官的缘故吧，anyway, good luck for myself. I still have enough confidence. |
